What he wore

So....... clearly i have developed a love for blogging.As much as am not perfect at it am still learning and am loving every step of it.I have a feeling am going to love this more than designing and styling ofcourse with time.

Was kinder inspired to do my own small shoot where i took on everything from the designing to the styling and ohh my favourite... an intrest i have picked up of late ,shoot directing and might i add am loving it. Did i mention i decided to be my own model.So bringing together Ledida Fashion Wear where i do my design work and Franky and Lewis Styling agency where i am a stylist to see what it would bring fourth.

Soo.... my blog Mode Art which in short means fashion/style Art is not only a personal blog but an avenue that appreciates fashion around nairobi city and obviously critisizes whats not.Here you will find my personal opinion on what i think is fashionable and whats not.Big title to take on right now buh what i go by is "making nairobi city a fashion city" and what better way to start. Mode Art to me is just a start to more coming.(Bringing all fashion aspects together)

What I wore:::: so am feeling themes right now and the whole fashion evolution "F $ L" inspired so tie and dye pants which is a 70's look was just perfect.Stripped socks and the round framed glasses (from the 90's was just a way of bringing fashion evolution together.Threw in a Ledida design coat to break it all up or maybe in my opinion a now piece.

What are your thoughts on the styling and ofcourse the shoot direction??? Might i add I love the photography by Karubiu Photography.

I so love bowties::: I think they are the easiest accessories to pull off though you got to be creative with them. Who says bowties should only be worn on the neck.Think of other ways you can rock bowties in a fashionable way without overdoing it. For example this would do.

Besides my love for blogging am a designer too. ##LFW or otherwise Ledida Fashion Wear is where I do my design work.I happen to be the cofounder of this with one Bahari Dida in denim.

This is when we were just starting out early 2012 and might I just say so far so good.

Trends are repeatitive.Vintage a 2012 trend in nariobi quite still trending right now. Vintage/retro or other wise antique dressing is a thing for the 1920's you kinda got to know your fashion to pull it off.

Vintage otherwise retro clothing is clothing that imitates previous eras (antique clothing)
